While Instagram still hasn’t made its way over to Android, the Vignette app is just about the next best thing if you’re looking for artsy photo effects (minus the social sharing). The app earns its $4 price tag with 84 different effects and 59 virtual photo frames. Effects include Lomo, Diana, Holga toy camera styles, Polaroid and instant camera styles, as well as cross processing, tilt-shift, photobooth, and double exposure. The app also has digital zoom, self-timer and time-lapse, and Geotagging.
