The Legend of Sleepy Hollow: With the Halloween coming this week, I thought we all need a scary game. Well, this one is not that scary. But it does follow the story of Ichabod Crane's rivalry with Brom Bones for the love of Katrina VanTassel. The game is nothing more than a match 3 marble popper, but the whole Ichabod Crane story makes it a little creepy. The game has more than 70 objectives and 50 achievements to keep you on the edge. Social app

Everyme: This is a social network (kind of like Facebook), but unlike Facebook you can create different groups of people, so when you want to share something with just your closest friends or with your family, you can do that and not share it with all your 1000 acquaintances. A group is a private news feed between you and a group of people. It's private and secure, so you no longer need to worry about who sees what. Nook for Android: This is the Android version of the Barnes and Noble's book reader. If you like Nook and have an account with Barnes and Noble, now you can use it on your phone. With more than 2.5 millions books and magazine, you're guarantied to find something you'll like. You can also choose from different font sizes, turn pages with the flick of a finger, and search for words in the downloadable in-app dictionary. Air Hockey Deluxe: Who doesn't like air hockey?! It's fun, easy to learn and easy to play. And now, especially with the NHL season canceled, you can play it on your phone whenever you want. Maluuba: I'm not sure how many people are still interested in this kind of apps, but if you are try this one. It is similar to Siri on the other phones, but it promises not to show you the closest steak house when you're searching for a chiropractor. Some of the features include: searching for restaurants, movies, concerts and events, create reminders, alarms and calendar appointments, create a custom widget to use Maluuba straight from your home screen, ask general knowledge questions, get directions and many more. Zombie Frontier: Considering the success of zombie movies and TV shows (see "Walking Dead"), there's no surprise that zombie shooting games are becoming more popular, too. This is a bloody game, make no mistake. The world is full of zombies and you're one of the survivors. To live you have to shoot as many zombies as you can. Boomerang

Boomerang is a small, intuitive and easy-to-use application. Designed to be able to add an unlimited amount of map pins...you'll never get lost again!


Find you back to any location.
If you are in unfamiliar territory, put a pin in the map;
then at a later point recall the pin and get pointed back to your original location.

Ideal if you have parked a car or are staying in a hotel on your travels or vacation in unfamiliar territory.

Parking becomes easy. Take the stress out of finding your way back to your hotel.
You can also pre-pin locations so you can easily find  them. Make sure you are never late for another appointment again. Quite Simply never get lost again.

1. Creating a Pinned Location

The first time you launch Boomerang List you will see the following screen:

To create your first pinned location, select the 'Add New Location' button. You should then see the following screen.

The map will be located to where you currently are. You can pan around the map by dragging it about, you can also zoom in and out by using the pinch gesture and a reverse pinch. So set you location you can tap the map or drag the red pinning icon to where you want the location to be.

You will also notice that you must give the location a name. Enter a name into the text box and the 'OK' button becomes available as shown below

When you select the 'OK' button this will save the current location and return you back to the main menu.

You can create as many location as you like.

To edit a location you do a long press over the location and a quick action menu will appear, as shown below.

Fro the quick action menu you can:

• Edit the location (this allows you change location and name of location)
• Delete location
• Get Pointed to location from where you are currently at (Also achieved through tap of location)

To get pointed back to a location you either tap a location or select the option from the quick action bar. This will open the following screen:

The pointing Boomerang will point you in the correct direction from wherever you have positioned the map. The map by default will be at your current location.

Game

 Bad Piggies: This is a spin-off of the famous Angry Birds and it tells the story from the pigs' point of view.

Create the ultimate flying/crawling/rolling/spinning/crashing device and pilot the pigs safely to the eggs! The game has great graphics and comes with 72 different levels, and 18 additional ones unlocked by getting three stars. It also has 4 sandbox levels to really challenge you. Here's the link. Jetpack Joyride: This a very popular game. Nice graphics and easy to learn maneuvers, make this a cool game to play. You play the game as the legendary hero Barry Steakfries, suit up with a selection of the coolest jetpacks ever made and try to escape from the clutches of science evildoers.
